(OC) Phantasm,

Was designed based on one of my OCs.

Phantasm is the resident edgy necromancer, known for his obsessive drive for more power and knowledge; and his willingness to puts associates in trouble to satisfy his own curiosity.
If he was a cat, he'd be dead several times over.

His powers of necromancy seems to be an inherited power, as he doesn't require incantations for the lower tier spells, just like his parents and their parents and so on.
His eyes also seem to be part of the inherited powers.

Phantasm has a limited ability to see into the future, only able to see fixed moments and limited then to only the ones that'll concern him.
Along with that, he can see all things supernatural, and most invisibility spells are useless against him because he can see the user's "presence". There are a few exceptions to this rule, involving those that are able to Cloak the presence as well.
Phantasm can also see the Fair Folk's paths, though the use of them can lead to strange and unexpected areas, and the Fair Folk do not take kindly to trespassers.

Due to his very nature, Phantasm has a weakness towards light and fire spells. Lightning as well, though not to the extent of the other two.
Phantasm is also more effected by physical damage than mental damage.
Also due to his nature, Phantasm has an increased immunity to certain spells and elements, namely dark and earth, as well as an immunity to mind control, possession, any other mind-altering spells, and spells that rely on confusion.
Mind corrosion, especially, will not work on him. A useful passive considering his line of work.

(OC) Vincent, the Chained God
Designed following Vincent's color scheme!

Defect Log // World #061

Vincent claims to Carolus that he's the "God of this world", a belief that gets him mocked and bullied by the other kids in class. The most popular insult being that they call him a "loser god".
He doesn't seem to mind, almost seeming to accept and agree with all the insults thrown his way.
Sometimes the bullying gets physical, and as a result he spends a lot of time in the nurse's office and always has a few cuts and bruises covered by bandages.

He's always wearing gloves, and when asked by Carolus why, he comes up with a new excuse every single time. Though supposedly one of the excuses is true.

Vincent seems to have a particular liking for cats, and one of the rare times he gives a genuine smile is when one of the stray cats at school approaches him.
When it's announced that someone had killed all the strays by feeding them junk food, Vincent leaves school early.
He also does not get along with either Anri or Scarlett, preferring to avoid them.
Umbrella Man doesn't seem to dislike Vincent, though the only remark he makes about Vincent is that he'll make things interesting.
Anri tells Carolus that Vincent is a bad influence, and she's seen many people like him "and it never ends well for them or the ones they're close to." Anri refuses to tell Carolus what she means, and won't talk about Vincent again after that warning.
She was one of the students that spray-painted "loser god" on his desk and tried to lock him up in his own locker.
Trying to lock Vincent up in his own locker failed somehow. Anri doesn't know how it happened, but somehow he managed to unlock the lock from inside the locker.
Vincent never told Carolus of Anri's participation in that malicious prank.

Carolus seems to be the only one seeing him with white hair and yellow eyes. The other students in the school see him with light brown hair and grey eyes, curiously enough.

Vincent carries around a book called the Aether Almanac and speaks about it all the time, though when Carolus opens it all the pages are blank. Carolus still compliments Vincent on his "writing" though, and gets a hesitant smile in return.
Supposedly it's a book about Vincent's life as a god.

Vincent complains a lot about being held down by his earthly vessel and wanting to ditch it so he can ascend to his heavenly realm once more, but admits in his final moments that he's scared to die, and perhaps he's a false god after all.
Carolus holds his hands and tells him it's okay to be scared, and that he doesn't think Vincent was a false god before Vincent dies.
After Vincent's death, Carolus sees him as everyone else did with brown hair and grey eyes.

After Vincent's death, a strange man with black hair and gold eyes shows up to take his body.

-----------------------

Was he really a god? In a sense, yes. He's the main focus of the world after all and could be called the true god of this world.
Charles even refers to him as the "God of (t)His World".
However in another sense, he was very much mortal as the person he was inspired from was human. Too human, despite how much Charles may have idolized him.

In the end, he was just yet another failure. A Vincent that was born from Charles' obsession and idolization of the real Vincent who had no real personality of his own.

Hence why Aether Almanac was blank.
