I had a Marvel dream the other night that was more of an au, because nobody was a superhero, and the gods weren't gods. In fact, Loki was a human psychologist and I was his patient. It was a calm session, I wasn't fangirling or anything. I did have a crush on him, though. It was weird. But then Tony Stark, still the millionaire that he is, walks in and it turns out that he and Loki are dating. My brain must've wanted to see more ships sailing. Then I woke up and though, 'this would make a great fanfic!'

Then it inspired me even more to write a story for a contest where a psychologist discovers he has the power to calm people just by speaking. And he has to help this league of heroes to stop a super bad dude.
