Sorry about this rather odd question, as I am drawing a brain fart right now.
The Themed Ferrikkis would they be located in the event zone or the LG? I know a chance encounter is rare, but just curious.

The fest ferrikki are in the Fest Zone- there are no other ferrikki in the zone, however.
Basically, each time you have an encounter, the algorithms decide "Themed? y/n".
If "n" it rolls the encounter from the regular species, griffi, neph, and nutcracker minions, but if "y", it rolls from regular species, griffi, neph and ferrikki.
