Ok, so Im on my iPhone and I accidentally blocked someone who messaged me. Now I cant figure out how to unblock them. Can someone please help me!

go to your inbox, go to contacts and I don't know if it'll appear the same but go down and when you find a white rectangle, you click on it and try to scroll down to blocked then when it will appear you can unblock that users. Don't know if it will work on Iphone like this.
