I'm doing the Rogue Necromancer Task in Sweet Blossom Orchards - what does the Necromancer look like, and where are they located?

The rogue necromancer pops up randomly as you walk. When he shows up you'll know because he'll be wearing a black robe with a hood. And he'll be carrying the scepter of corruption as a held item. I'll try and get an image for you...hang on

lolololol! Glad it helped you out :D. I was lucky enough to make all the terrible decisions (so no one else has to).
Here's the screenshot of the Rogue Necromancer. Just kill everything in SBO and you'll spawn it eventually.

Yeah, I actually found it pretty early on :D
Also, turns out we use a similar build (I had my build before I found your walkthrough xD)
