is there a list of which monsters drop what? for instance how do I find the iridescent water gown?

I believe it's the mermaid miniboss in Astryl's Tranquility. They're not exactly common, though.

You get it from Ariella in Astryl's Tranquility. It's very rare, I've only received it once.
