How do you post pictures but using a phone? I have a samsung galaxy J5 and i have tried some things but it didnt work.

I'm assuming your Samsung uses Android?
Now it has been a while since I last used an Android, but if you touch and hold on a picture, options typically show up. There is probably something that says "Copy Link" or "Copy Link Address" or something similar. That will give you the link you need.
After that, if you're trying to post on the forums, just use the image tags (but remove the asterisk) like so...
[*img=putlinkhere][/img]

or you can open the image on a new tab especially if a sylestia image because the code image will be but as an address thingy in the web address

the code is supposed to be between the to img thing --

Just take the little like start things off
I took the image are how it is supposed to be just don't forget to take the Asterix off the little stars
