So I got a tipoff that some of my Lupora designs were stolen and then sold. I was wondering if there was a specific place to report the person or do I just go ham on them. The person who tipped me off asked the user about the designs and they released the pets but I can still find them.

Does that solve the problem or should I do more?

It's infortunate ( and very frustrating when it happen) but you have little to no way to remove the pets from being sold, the only thing you can do is message the one who took your design and ask him to stop selling the offspring. Generaly those people are young sylestia players that didn't understand the unspoken rule to not take others designes so messaging them usualy do fix the issue.
