I'm wondering, if we are being bothered by someone, how can we block them?

Someone keeps buying only my restricted gene pets just to release every one of them immediately. I know it's not against the rules but it personally bothers me as I offer my pets cheap so anyone can enjoy them too, and I feel they're being targeted and released because they also sell restricted gene pets for a much higher price.

Thanks in advance

The only way to stop someone from buying your pets is to not sell them publicly. Instead, you could make a sales thread offering your pets for your chosen price, then sell directly to people that want to buy them. This way you can choose whether or not to sell to a particular person. There is no way to block a particular user in that way (you can block them on PMs and pings, though)

Edit to add: looking at how cheaply you're selling pets, it might not be anything specifically targetted at you at all. There are several users that go through the sales and buy up very cheap pets and release them to preserve the general pet sales economy. I find that anything under 1,000 gold can be caught up in this practice (and when we have admin-run releasing contests, even 1,000 gold won't save a pet from purchase and release).

Ah darn, that's unfortunate but guess that's how it is lol

I'll have to suck it up then lol thank you for taking the time to answer my question

I'll just privately offer my restricted gene pets only then :)

Also if a pet is older than 42 days, releasing it will get you a bonus in the Lost Grove. The more pets you release the greater your chance of finding a themed egg there. You may also see people buy and release pets for that purpose.

Things like that happen all the time. It's annoying, but it's allowed.
As Sakina said, people buy cheaps pets to release them to get more chance to find themed pets. Some don't even check the traits when they do that.
But considering that your account is only 47 days old and the pets you have for sale are in your hatchery, it's unlikely that the pets you are speaking about were more than 42 days old!
So, yeah, if the pets were less than 42 days old, it's probably someone who's afraid that if you continue selling pets with restricted traits for cheap, their own pets/projects will lose their value.

When you sell pets you love and you wouldn't want them to be released, you should create a thread and make private sales.

(By the way, some of the pets you're selling are very pretty! I bought some, I hope you don't mind. But don't worry, I'm going to keep them! )
