Can do! Okay so the breakdown for the price is as follows:

Painted Full Body: 800k
Background: 100k
Painted Custom Animation: 200k per frame
1- inhale
2- inhale more
3- hold
4- exhale
5- exhale more
6- smoke gone

The final price would be 2,100,000k of equivalent pets. If this is daunting (idk how much themed pets are worth honestly) I can cut out the inhale more & exhale more frames, but it would be a little bit more choppy.
