What level do you have to be in to participate in the post grove?

The Lost Grove can only be accessed once you've completed the currently available plot (ending in Astryl's Tranquility)

It is a lv60+ area, with enemies over lv65.

Eek. I think I'm about level 20 I don't really have good battle pets as well as interest.
