When I look at it it says Completion Progress: 0%
How do I get it to progress?

Brews progress over time. About once an hour your brew will also ask for some help from you. It may be overboiling and in need of some calming powder or it could be bland and need some spices. Provide it with what it needs and the progress will be boosted. Nothing bad will happen if you don't help it, it'll just progress more slowly.
