You have to check in a lot of section. On here ;)... Ps: if you have something other than the three browsers mentioned in the first post...It will not help.
Ps: In my opinion, it's easier to do it on a computer than a mobile, but some people can do it. :)

I play on my computer so I don't know if this will work on another device.
1) right click on image and copy image address
2) Paste the address into your message
3) Highlight link and press the IMG button at the top of the text box
4) If you want to change the size add &size=250 to the end of the link (you can do any number from 1-500, just make sure it is inside the [/img])

Also, you can ping with the blue @ on the bottom left corner of any post. Just make sure you aren't clicking on yours xD
