I just got to Ethernia and found the puffador shop. I bought my fist egg there yay for me.
Do they ever have any markings or mutation on them?
Can you only get them from that store?

Puff eggs are much like the scale shop eggs. They can have both vis and carried genes, but it depends on the price of the egg. More gold/tokens, more gene points
Edit: Technically you can generate or buy bred puffs, but aside from that yes the only way to get them is from the puff shop
