That error message is only tied to purchasing an entry. Which is only triggered when you click the 'Purchase Entry' button at the start.
Your browser, for some reason, seems to just keep repeatedly submitting that form submit.
I would try clearing your browser cache and making sure no addons are tampering with that page.
It shouldn't affect how the game works though - it looks like it's parsing your turn normally and then just doing a separate additional submission trying to start another game. The only question would be if "Ending" your game at the end would then instantly try and restart a new one if it was continuing to submit that form.

Well I replayed it now and it's not having any more problem so I don't know what was causing it
