What are the other teirs for and how do I unlock them?

The "5" means Each turn costs 5 gold, same goes for the 10 and the 20 etc. The rewards go up the more money you use per spin. ^^
I believe you unlock them with each zone you reach. I think by the time you get to the third region the 10 tier is unlocked. Not sure though. o-e"
