as the question states I just bought a pet and I can't seem to breed it with another pet I'd like. is there a way to tell if they are related before purchasing? besides going through the entire family tree, there has to be an easier way.

you don't need to go through the entire family tree- the limit to breeding inbreeding-wise is that Siblings, half-siblings, parents, and offspring cannot breed with each other.

So you just have to check to see if a) one or both of the parents are the same, and b) if one of the two you are trying to breed is the parent of the other.

Other limits are: Both pets must be:
Same species
Both Adult
Not on Breeding Cooldown/ Recovering


Some examples from your pets:

Nadine can't breed because she's Adolescent

Prisma can't breed because she's on Cooldown

Hera is Adolescent

Un-named female lupora is on Cooldown
