Idea: A philter that can be used to decrease the level on a pet.

While thinking about the upcoming fest, and how it is easier to go through with pets below level 60, an idea struck me. I have a few teams worth of max stats, but they are all at least level 60. They are now not ideal for use in festival zones, due to a recent update. Since it is now much easier to get through the festival zone with a level 50 or below team, I am faced with finding new max stats to start over with and lock at a lower level. Having a philter to strip XP would be extremely helpful in using existing teams for festival teams.
