Hey there, I don't mean to be rude or anything, but I just wanted to say/ask something--
The OC up top that you're commissioning for is one you're using for an RP in Grapejuice's forum, isn't it? I understand that you're likely borrowing the likeliness of the drawing for your character or something of that nature (correct me if I'm wrong).
But the design for him is not your own, is it? Therefore, is it allowed to commission art of someone else's OC like this?
Sorry if I come across as rude or abrasive, I don't mean to be, but it's been bothering me for a while ;v;

Its not a RP its an RPG
Its no ones oc, she creates them as she goes. Plus, I have her permission as she loves art of them too lol.
If you are really concerned I can ask her again :)

No I'm afraid it is someone's OC haha ;v; I did a bit of googling, earlier, before posting. His name's Caleb, he belongs to a person who goes by CookieHana on DA and you can find the original art on there, as well as the watermark in the image.
Unless this person also happens to be grapejuice, I don't think asking for art of this OC is allowed. >.<
not to mention the artist copyrighted the OC

Hm. Im not claiming the art as my own, and it is on google, so they should know that it would be used. It also looks like Im not the only one using it.
It doesnt say you cant use it also.

I guess I can say, its not the same oc.
The art is just a reference, but my oc has bright green hair and darker skin. Plus, I have art myself, it is not the same. Im sorry that you are getting frustrated with me, but it is on google images, so you should be messaging them that they are stealing.

If you have art of your own OC, who is different, shouldn't you be asking for a commission using that, instead of the original reference image?
