Does anyone know how Jinxie's Jamboree Tier system works?

Theres only 2 tiers. The rest were essentially discontinued and Krin hasnt expressed any intent to add them.
I assume thats what youre asking about since you should already have second tier unlocked based on your level. The only difference between the two tiers is that the cost and prizes are doubled in tier 2.
