Based off the Anime Gunslinger Girl.

You are in modern Italy and are a specially produced cybernetic girl/ boy also known as a cyborg. You work for the government under a company called Social Welfare Agency.

Young children are taken after having near death or traumatic experiences and no family left are brainwashed ((called conditioning)) to follow their handler without question. The child will have cybernetic implants which heighten the strength and reflexes as well as high resilience to damage and pain. They become immortal practically, however they have a short lifespan of around 15-20 years and in this time are rarely out on the field. The only weak spot is the eye, where their brain can be penetrated and they will die immediately. Their handler is responsible for the child cyborg completely and and is rarely seen without the other.
When the two are together, they are referred to as a "fratello"

The Special Ops ((To the Public known as Social Welfare Agency)) must deal with terrorism and their main enemy is the Padania Republic Faction, who want Northern Italy to become independent.

Rules
1. Pg-13. That means although there will be violence, don't go and describe it extravagantly. Romance must not go past kissing.
2. If you decide to sign up, you must have a handler and cyborg. I am only accepting 4 other people. If a space frees up, you can join the waiting list if wished.
3. While you can have 2 or 3 personal hobbies, make sure one of them requires some sort of equipment where you can hide a weapon unnoticed.
4. Don't be over powered. You will still get injured, even if you don't die.
5. Please use separate posts for each sign up form.
6. Unless saying so, you must be active. No one line replies. Try to put effort into your replies and form. This will be an intermediate/ advanced rp.
7. Include your height somewhere in the form

Locations
Social Welfare Agency

This is the main building of the Social Welfare Agency. To stop unnecessary noise, it is cut off from the city with it's own private land and road leading to it, guarded with a spiked wall and metal gate that is a coded entrance. Very few people are allowed on and off, trespassers are shot. There is CCTV along the walls. Behind the building is a car park and garage. On the way out is a bit of woodland used for training purposes, while the rest is slightly hilly fields. The whole thing is about 5 acres in the middle of the large Italian city, Firenze.

The main indoor training grounds have a focus on what a building may look like, with staircases and pillars. This trains agility, hiding, looking at all angles. It is within an old looking warehouse. Many human-looking props are set up in weird places to keep them safe or surprise the cyborgs.

A rather simple room with firing training, it is classified as a warm up. Sometimes tables are places down and smaller objects, such as tin cans or rings, are places on them and the cyborgs have to go from a distance to practice their aim. These may also start moving.

The laboratory. This is where are the tests, alterations and cybernetic transplants are done. Everything moves quickly here and making scientists work round the clock developing these cyborgs, especially when it comes from life expectancy.

Recovery rooms. This is where cyborgs go if somethings wrong with them before/ after the laboratory. All new cyborgs are kept here for the first 6 months of training until they settle down.

Kitchen. Not much to say. There are cooks who work here, although it's usually empty and a great place to hide or do things in secret.

There is a greenhouse that grows flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables all year round. Mosquitoes are not found there, luckily, and everything is well kept by robots. There is also a pond you're allowed to swim in.

The living room. It's rather relaxing and quiet here, not much happens. It does have electricity, card games and board games.

Everyone eats here. it is also a general hangout place. Most will stay here and there is a projector, presentations and plans will be announced here, it is a rule to avoid that place if there are important guests from the government.

The library. it is required to be quiet in here. There are also computers here.

Private Rooms

Angelica Yegrovitch's room.

Jericho Vusricht's room.

Angelica Yegrovitch
Angelica sat on the floor in the living room, her short hair messy and brushing against her shoulder, tickling her every time she moved her head. She puffed out her cheeks as she pushed it back to hang normal, ruffling it to get the parting in the right place, irritation flashed through her eyes for a second before they returned to their usual soft, shy state. She had taken a bath the night before in her room and now a sweet scent of lavender surrounded her, as she breathed in the flower made her heart flutter and feel warm, she almost thought of it like jelly as she closed her eyes, willing herself to stay calm.

Angelica hadn't done much that way, the sun was shining through the window and pouring light over the room, illuminating it. She moved so she was sat on her legs, facing her sun. She enjoyed feeling it beat across her face and she cleared her mind, letting a wave of peace wash through her. It felt strange, but content. She wasn't used to this feeling and a shiver ran through her shine, breaking it as she shook. Under neath her, the thin pillow felt hard touching the floor. She looked around, embarrassed encase she'd get caught acting so care free, her cheeks flushed pink as she felt blood rushing to her face as she noticed her handler, the edges of her lips turned into a small smile.

Angelica uncomfortable shuffled, looking down, her hands in her lap as she waited for him to speak.

Jericho Vusricht
Jericho wasn't doing anything interesting. He was simply sat down outside of a wall. He had one leg hanging down, swaying in and out, banging against the bricks occasionally with a 'clicking' sound. The perfectly black, shiny shoes had been polished that morning as always and the silver buckle glowed, looking spotless. The other foot was on the wall, so his knee came up to his chest area.

He wore an emotionless frown, his eyes were equally as dull as he looked over the hedgerows and grass, watching the wind blow over it so they rippled one after the other. He could hear the leaves rustle in the distance. His fingers interlinked as his arms wrapped around his leg, not exactly hugging it to his chest, but close enough as he viewed the surroundings.

Jericho was bored, in his mind. He was getting impatient at the constant regulations and practices that were unnecessary and didn't sync nicely with logic. That was just the way the government ran things. As an ex-officer, this annoyed him as he thought strategically about all the ways it could be done better, but he wasn't exactly going to storm the place and try to take over. It would raise a scene, hiding the whole place from the public in such a big city was hard enough.

His face had drifted off into a neutral one as he thought, no longer in the completely emotionless state. He wasn't aware of what was happening around him as the plans and logical thinking flowed through his brain.

"'sup Angel." Merrick said with a crooked smile. He was sitting on the ground, a bottle of booze in one hand, and his phone in the other. "What're you doing? It looks like you were pretending to be a blowfish for a second." he snorted. He mimicked her puffing out her cheeks, his eyes crossed. "What're you thinking about?" he asked, taking a gulp from the half empty bottle next to him.

Angelica Yegrovitch looked him in the eyes, head slightly tilted for a second before hurriedly shaking her head, "N-No, it wasn't like that.." she stood up, brushing herself off and pushing her hair back behind her ear where it'd fallen down. She blushed, "I wasn't think about anything in particular" her eyes flashed to the half empty bottle, a dark and foreboding look tinting them as her face turned into a frown and her shoulder blades obviously tensed, "Do you plan on drinking all of that?" she asked very slowly and quietly, hatefully staring at it.

"Yep." Merrick said, taking another swig. "The memories won't go away themselves, sweetheart... A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, and this man's gotta drink. Are you jealous that I'm paying more attention to this bottle than to you?"

Angelica sighed and stepped forward, violently knocking the bottle out of his grasp, watching with a satisfied look as the bottle smashed, sending shards of glass scattering in all directions. The liquid oozing out, splattered around, reminded her of blood. It was easy enough to tell the job was done. The loud sound of it smashing had sent a tingle through her fingers. Her eyes lit up in some sort of blood-lust state.

"Oi! I was drinking that!" Merrick said angrily. He got to his feet. "Stupid kids... always touching my stuff and nicking it..." He picked some stray shard of glass out of his hand, lapping the blood up with his tongue. "You shouldn't touch what isn't yours." he said, his back to her. "That's the only thing that makes him go away."

Angelica pushed her gun back so it wasn't hanging so awkwardly as she watched him, finally deciding to pick him up by the scruff of his shirt, "Maestro! Please, you'll just hurt yourself more." she pushed the shards of glass away with her foot, ready for the onslaught of words and punches from him. He seemed drunk and upset to her, that's why she hated drinks. They destroyed humans. She had to keep holding him up in the air and away from what hurt him, even if it meant her arm came off her body.
