Your party pets are great for the most part. I would recommend a light healer instead of two shadow pets though. You can just change one of their elements though. Other than that, they are attuned perfectly!
The problem is in fact your armor, though. It is very low level, so it won't be much help to your pets, even if most of it it rare, epic, and mythical.
The best armor for level 60 pets, by far, is vinethorn gear. It can be found in the lost grove or purchased on the broker. If you can't find/afford that, try exotic gear (also lost grove, I believe).
Also, make sure that your gear corresponds with your pet's elements! I notice that Ryori's relic is a physical damage, but should be magical because she is shadow. When buying Vinethorn/exotic, buy the one's that go with your pet's elements (Fire-Pyromancer, Earth-Warden, Light-Lightbringer, etc...)
