Example : the father has carried trait in M1and G2 and the mother have same trait, all carried in M1 & G2. Are they can get baby with vis trait in M1 and G2?

if both parents have traits in the same slots, yes.
However, if it's Carried in the slot by both parents, then the offspring will have 25% chance of No trait in the slot, 50% chance Carried, and 25% chance Vis.
