what is the best way to earn gold?
how do i earn town badges?
there are no quests on my quest board and i've finished all but one of my current quests, how do i get more?

Missions are generally considered to be one of the best ways to make gold- guide here.
There's a guide to making gold here.
You can't actually get more Esior Badges for... whatever reason?
But you can earn Sanctuary of Saerielle badges by doing Saerielle quests (which do respawn), and I think you get Ethernia ones for doing Ethernian Tasks? Or the equivelant?
