I don't know the meaning of lupora revamp or any species revamp. What the mean? Are we must collect some species?

Hi! ^^

Some of the species (like the lupora), are still using old artwork.

The revamp is when they get the new updated artwork! :D

However, with the new artwork, sometimes the trait slots are moved around to make the pets look nicer with the new design.

This means that some people's carefully made projects can't happen anymore! :(

For example, if they have a design that uses (say) mutations in slots M1 & M2, but with the new design both those mutations are in slot M1, then that design can't happen anymore...

So if there are any clashes like that, Krin allows those pets to be regenerated (or regenned). This means that with clashes, people can re-design their projects to work with the new artwork.

Here is a guide to regenning pets!

A lot of people like to collect pets before a revamp in the hopes of getting pets that will "clash" and give them regens later. Sometimes there are many, many clashes and thousands of regens (like the puffadores). Other times there is only a single clash, and very few regens (like the morkko).
