Now, I consider myself quite the gamer. I've played a large variety of games ranging from Zelda to Pokemon to Splatoon to Smash Bros. to Sonic to... Well, you get the picture. I play a lot of video games.
And then one day, I found the Game Theroists.
Okay, as much as I love gameing, I love science even more. Seriously, I would check out entire encycolpedias on dinosuars when I was 5 (about 3 years before I got my first DS), and I can rap off as many facts as you like. So, naturally the Youtube channel appealed to me.
So, after watching this channel for about a week, I was sitting in history class learning about knighthood. As I was doodling in the margins of my notes, I noticed that one of the rules of chivalry states that knights can only fight on one day of the week. When I played Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild the next day, I noticed that Link was definately breaking that and many other rules of chivalry. I also saw other games do the exact same thing!
Not to mention how many things that bother me about the Sonic series, like the fact that Knuckles looks nothing like an echidna, the Chaos Emeralds clearly arn't emeralds, the fact Sonic can't swim yet can breath in space...
And don't get me started on black hole logic in games... Just don't.
Or the horrid physics in most games that take place in space...
Am I the only one who notices things like this?

Well, I don't understand why a ten year old could catch the God of the Universe in pokemon. I also don't understand why Alakazam (who has an IQ of 5000) can't learn an extra move. Some things don't make sense in pokemon.

Nope, you're not the only one.
I've been wondering myself how a big turtle like thing like Bowser can be defeated by a much smaller Mario (But I'll bet that Game theory already covered that.)
And then there's the whole super smash bros game. Although I like that game, it's kinda hard seeing Pikachu not defeat completely human characters in just a few zaps, unless those were very, very weak zaps.

You forgot-
Guardivoir can make black holes.
Macargo is hotter then the sun.
Riachu, Xatu, and Parasect are in India, South America, and China, apperantly.
Dusclops breaks the laws of thermodynamics.
Gimer is made of X-rays from the moon.
Larvitar can eat an entire mountian.
And many others.

I just put that under "I don't really care anymore"
Which is with:
Why isn't Mario pulled apart by the black hole when he falls in. (Super Mario Galaxy)
Why isn't the land destroyed by said black hole. (Super Mario Galaxy)
How is Mario able to survive on different planets.(I doubt there's oxygen on all of these planets.) (Super Mario Galaxy)
How does Mario get only his butt on fire when he clearly fell into lava! (Super Mario Galaxy)

Magikarp is somehow strong enough to jump over mountians, but not much else.

Magicarp is made of solid bone. If it's made of solid bone, then how does it breath and make noise? It would need lungs, and in order for lungs to work, they need to be able to expand and retract with each breath. Bones cannot expand and retract.
Wailord weighs 877lbs, but is taller than a five story building. What is it made of? Cotton balls?
