I have just returned from a hiatus and have bought a cheap sylesti to level up. However, it can't attack with even the most basic, mana-earning move. What am I forgetting? I already assigned it an element and used its proficiency point.

What happens when you try to attack?

The move icon turns yellow, and the "End Turn" button remains gray. I can still skip turns, though.

You need to click the enemy you want to attack.
