Ans looked at them closely through Pyros eyes, then said, the first is a animal with Psycic power. I know that much. The second is human with a DNA problem, so he can transform. IDK how. And no, Col, u cannot make Draco change ur DNA so u can try that.
Pyro added, *and I play to many video games, so i know what the flying rat is. That is the Pokmon Riachu, Alolan form. Electric and Psycic type. Can use a bunch of either electrical or psycic moves. And pretty strong.*
