Okay - I've scoured the guides, faqs and newbie boards, and can't find the answer. So I'm asking here: How can I tell what rarity an item is? I know it's color coded, what I'm asking for is what colors correspond to what rarities.

It's rarity is determined by the colored box surrounding the item is goes as follows:
