Im really confused. how do I know when the egg is going to hatch? can I make it hatch faster? looking for answers.

When an egg is ready to hatch, there will be a yellow hatching egg icon above it in your Hatchery view. Also, the gauge on that pet's page will be full (72/72).
Eggs can be made to hatch faster by having other players nurture it. This can still take a small while, though.

you can check the maturity of your eggling to see how long you have before it hatch when they are tested, the number increase by one evry hour, four nuritre clicks add one points to your egg. It take about three days for an egg to hatch without any help.
