Sorry to waste your time but since I got to Astryl's Vale, and I want to go to who's online I can't access the user's it just freezes the game and then says Sylestia is unresponsive, this did not happen before and don't know if it's the area or the device I'm using. Thank you for your time.

CometChat (the chat bar at the bottom of pages) is a third party plugin we have installed into our Site. It hasn't changed in years and unfortunately, we also can do very little to changing things with it.
This sounds like more of a browser-related issue. I would try clearing your browser cache or making sure your browser is up to date.
If the problem still persists, you can try using a different browser and see if the problem is related to a specific browser or not.
