When you look at a pet's base stats, what does the second number in the parenthesis mean? For example:
Strength: 37 (17 + 20)
Where does the 20 come from? Most of my pets have a 0 in that spot and I was wondering where it came from.

the "+___" Stat (you could call it the Grove Bonus) is from sylesti obtained in the Lost Grove (the lv60+ area, available once all the main game plot content currently available has been completed)
It is related to their rarity (higher rarity = higher stats), and they can pass on the stat (though decreased slightly) to their offspring.

They are officially called "wild stats" and are supposed to represent the strength and experience of wild pets in the lost grove. Apparently (hasn't been implemented yet!), we will be able to train wild stats for our own pets after lvl 75... We'll see...
The normal base stats transfer to offspring, but the wild stats slowly decrease with each generation back to 0.
