How long does it take a pet to go from adolescent to mature? I have several adolescents in my hatchery and would like to know when I can expect them in my stable. The oldest adolescent is 25 days and the youngest is 6 days. Does nuturing them as eggs play a roll in that?

we did a breakdown here of the maturities needed for pets to age.

But no, nurturing as egglings decreases the time it takes for the pet to hatch (via increasing its maturity hours to speed it towards being a Hatchling at 72 maturity hours), but does not affect how long it takes a pet to go from just-turned-adolescent to adult.

That's very helpful. Now I only have to wait 2 days for my Qitari colt to be able to breed and be leveled. I'm going to have the worst time being patient with my eggs.
