Does it make a difference if I help the hatchling out of the egg, or if I let it come out naturally?

If you click "help egg" it'll gain a small health boost. If you click "let it hatch" it'll gain a small boost in one of the other stats (strength, intelligence, dexterity, or agility).

If you use a philter, it will gain the amt of boost to the stat as described by the philter.

If you don't do anything, after 24 hrs from the time it was ready to hatch, the egg will autohatch without any stat boost.

"Help eggling Hatch" gives +20 to HP, and "let it hatch without help" is +1 to one of Str/Int/Dex/Agi (might be random, might be like with nurturing stat boosts and go to the lowest stat of the four? Not completely sure on that)
(and yeah, philters are philters)
