My friend wants to play this game but it says that her email is already registered, she has never registered under that email and she has never played the game...

Could she make a new email? If not, Krin should be able to tell you the account registered under that email if you message him.

For registration issues, it's usually easier of the person trying to registers contacts me at support@sylestia.com and I'll run through everything with them there and figure it out.
