Hey, I was wondering how the pricing system works on the eggs in the Scale Shop....Since the only thing different about the eggs are the colors and the different price ranges, I couldn't help but try to get the best deal.

Some are 400 Scales but others are in the Thousands! Are the more pricey eggs "better" than the cheaper ones?

If not then, would it be better to buy two cheaper ones rather than one expensive egg?

The more expensive an egg is, not only will it have more Trait Points, but the higher the likelihood of those TP being Vis traits instead of Carried traits.
So a 200 Scale egg might maybe be 1 Carry (I don't think anyone's done the math of the cutoff points for anything non-legendary), while all eggs that cost over 1900 are legendary, and eggs that cost... 2450? about that, are definite 3-vis legendaries (I also do believe that is the most expensive an egg from the shop gets?)

There's a thread about Legendaries bought from the scale shop here.
(Here is our own 2450 scale boy as an example)
