Ummmm so yeah I really never thought out my team much so I kind of made up my team and hoped it worked great start right? anyways I figured I should get some advice on my team and what to improve on it mainly because I'm getting totally wrecked in Lost Groves and any Bosses
Party leader/tank? Dustyfyre, attuned to Earth, Points: +2 Health, +1 Strength
Secondary fighter Thuvia, attuned to Fire, Points: +1 Health, +1 Intel, +1 Dex
Healer Starwings, Light, Points: +1 Health, +2 Intel
So fire away! |
First you might want to grind a bit in earlier areas/ send the pets on missions to get over level 60- not necessary, I'm not sure if the base level of enemies in the LG has been dropped from the base 65 it was when the grove first opened?-, second, definitely review the equips.
Name: Dustyfyre
Level: 60
Element: Earth
Prof.: 2HP/1Str
Relic: Disciple, epic, lv60
Armor: Disciple, leg., 50
Acc.: Assassin, leg, 50
Acc.: Str/Dex, epic, 26
You'll want to equip her with Assassin (lv50/60 legendary, not epics), Reaver, Tidal Lord, and/or Warden (Exotic/Vinethorn) (depends on the exact stat setup you want). Get rid of the Runic Elven equip, it's level 26.
Our own Earth tank we didn't give HP to until lv70... could do HP/Str, HP/Agi, Str/Agi. Depends on playstyle probably
Name: Thuvia
Level: 60
Element: Fire
Prof.: 1HP/1nt/1Dex
Relic: Int/Dex, epic, 26
Armor: Int/Dex, epic, 26
Acc.: Myrmidon, epic, 60
Acc.: Str/Dex, epic, 26
Complete equip overhaul needed, especially the two accessories, which are for Physical attackers like Air pets.
Give her Evoker (lv50/60 legendary) or Pyromancer (Exotic/Vinethorn)
With a Fire pet, I'd suggest 3Int or 2Int/1Dex.
Name: Starwings
Level: 60
Element: Light
Prof.: 1HP/2Int
Relic: Int/Dex, epic, 26
Armor: Disciple, epic, lv60
Acc.: Evoker, epic, lv45
Acc.: Int/Dex, epic, 26
Again, a complete equip overhaul, and again you want Evoker (lv50/60 legendary) or Pyromancer (Exotic/Vinethorn), though you could throw in one or two Illusionist or Lightbringer equips if you really need to get just a little faster.
Light Healers do best with all Int for their profs, I think.
Overall, Earth/Light/Fire should be a fine combo (our own is Earth/Light/Air, so)
If you're running an earth tank, you really don't need the HP on the other pets, because Earth has a strong basis in Taunting opponents into completely focusing on that pet, and a fully int light healer should have no problem healing up any damage to the party.
Another thing that might be making it difficult is two of the pets being regular wild-caught non-fabled pets, which means they've got a low base stat to start from- higher base stats are quite helpful in the Grove. |
