~ Dawn Pride ~
((WIP but you can still sign up))
This is a RP with no specifically detailed plotline, it simply follows the everyday life of a lion pride. I warn you, however: I am a merciless master of plot twists and turns.
~ Ranks ~ ~ King & Queen ~
As their titles suggest, these two are the rulers of the pride. They make decisions and lead everyone, but they are also working members of the pride. They are always mates. How power works is odd, though: if the pair has a daughter, she is slightly higher than her mate, the king. But if a son is born, he has more power than his queen. They eat first.
~ Heir ~
The firstborn son or daughter of the king and queen, who will inherit power. They eat after the king and queen.
~ Warriors ~
((3-4))
The lions who guard the rulers andheir, and the whole pride. They defend against threats and usually large and powerful. They are a mix of male and female. They eat after the heir.
~ Hunters ~
((Unlimited))
Almost always female, the hunters work in large groups to keep the pride fed, and make up nearly all of the pride. They eat after the warriors.
~ Cubs & Cub-mothers ~
The females expecting or nursing cubs, and the aforementioned cubs. They eat with and after the hunters.
~ Untesteds ~
Untesteds are the unranked adolescent cubs and the males who have not yet been ranked or left the pride to establish their own. The males ere are allowed to take mates, though only hunters. They eat after the cubs and cub-mothers.

Personality ~ Mala is quiet but not at all shy, she is fierce and has a fiery temper. Her tongue is as sharp as her claws, but she is really quite kind and loyal, though she hides the softer part of her. Mala is also bold, independent, fearless, and determined. She yearns to be queen someday and sees her siblings as threats. She is devious and cunning, and so has, in the past, arranged little 'accidents' for her younger siblings and those disloyal to her and her parents.

Tatiana is very motherly and likes to help out younger females. Tiana respects the king and queen and follows their guide but is not afraid to let them know her opinion. She is not easily frightened but is very protective of her cubs. She is friends with Kanya and acts as a mentor? (Homera is that ok? I just feel like it would be a really interesting relationship)

Incredibly fast and strong. She loves playing with cubs and exploring, doing weird things like trying to climb up in trees or dig holes and tunnels. Its like shes forever a cub at heart. Since she is white (a ressesive gene that really exists in lions, its super cool go look it up) she cant go on hunts because her coat would be seen by both enemies and prey. Loves playing in the rain and water of all sorts. Would never leave behind any cub or injured packmate to die. Will go hungry so everyone else can eat their fill.

Dang I just watched a National Geographic about the 4th and 5th white lions to reach adulthood in the wild. Last ones were 2 decades before them. Got ALL the feels..

He's caring, loyal and rather laid back as a king. He tends to be rather hard to upset though will turn on an opponent in a blink of an eye. Kimba is very loving of his pride and wants nothing but to protect them.
