You can purchase them within the market for 1000 for the lesser traps

Traps, except the master trap, are all non-tradeable. To buy them you'll need to go to the market areas on the map. There's one in Esior's Haven, Sanctuary of Sarielle, Ethernia, and even a special one in the Lost Grove.
