And it's going to include some RP posts towards the end tests, but mostly it's just random drawings. So even i don't know who will end up as the ranks.

May I suggest that you take in roleplay skill and activity as factors as well?
Having inactive/inexperienced rpers as high ranks may cause problems to arise.

That is actually a good idea. I was planning on doing RP skill, but time factors will help me weed out people who are interested.
