She's mute and her emotions are rather monotone and pretty much non-existent to a certain point. She uses sign language. She was put in the orphanage at age five after her single,teenage mother tried to strangle her because she couldn't support her. Her mother permanently damaged her vocal chords. She is agile and fast on her feet. She has extremely good aim and rarely misses. She doesn't really care what side she's on, just as long as it benefits her.

He did not chose to become a killer. He was raised as one.
His father was a terrorist mastermind. It is how the authorities call him. He was a genius who, while seeking a revenge that at the beginning was legitimate, killed and burned hundreds, maybe thousands of people. Loyalty made his children stay by his side, and they did not realized how mad he had become until it was too late. They had commited terrible crimes and were labelled terrorist and assassins too.
He is the one of the only survivor of his family, except for one of his younger brother who his hiding and his mother, who had left his father. He wishes he could stop to kill, but he does not want to have to hide forever like his brother and he knows that if he get caught he will either spend his entire life in jail and be executed, so when Miss Winter asked him to join the Sydney agency, he accepted.
He is a very fearsome assassin, strong and fast, but he would not accept to make innocent or collateral victims anymore, or to harm children. He would even avoid killing if it's unnecessary. He is logical, sensible, and it is possible to negociate with him. He could save lives as well as take them.
He was taught how to make bombs from his father, but will never admit it too the agency as it has seen what they can make and would never approve their use.
He has leadership qualities. Even if he hides it usually well, he has some psychological traumas.
