If I sell one of my Sylestis (Sylesties?) will the armor, relics, and/or bracelets disappear or go with them? Or are they automatically unequipped? Also, how do I un-equip things from my pets? Aaaaand sorry for so many questions \_()_/

You can unequip from your equipment page (you can switch to it from your inventory). Just do the same thing you did to equip them. Click the item you want to remove and then click an empty spot in your equipment inventory.
I'm about 80% sure that items are removed automatically if you sell them. I've never actually tried it, though.

You'll be given a warning that you cannot sell pets with equipment on, and must go to the Inventory to unequip them. Sakina gave you the directions for removing armor.
