Is there a way to view only the items you have unlocked, as opposed to scrolling through every single page to find them?

Unfortunately not at the moment, though it is proposed to be implemented in the future :)
However, if you're using chrome, Taptothebeat made a chrome extension for Sylestia, which offers extra buttons, including wardrobe pages, making navigation slightly easier~
