This annoys me so much when it happens. When I get thinking about a song and obsess over it its usually just a few words or a snippet of a beat. This time its just the gender of singer, general idea of one or 2 lyrics and the genre. So vague idea. Ill know it when I see/hear it. I dont have enough to use a search engine or something like Shazam.

Gender: Female (good range)
General idea: something about god forgiving her, she still enjoys doing something/ being something though its bad, she likes being a rebel
Genre: Country with slight Christian undertones? It has guitar and is borderline spiritual (doesnt ever say Jesus, says lord or god instead) (not like god is my savior more like pop culture god). Kinda has a Carrie Underwood vibe mixed with Sandrines Where do we go from here? Old Taylor swift vibes. Very pop-country.
Time: late 2000s to 2017

Im pretty sure the music video is her dancing in a field of flowers in a sundress. She is blonde or gingerish?

I only have a feeling of what the lyrics might have been.

When it comes to Christian undertones from a female artist, I know Carrie Underwood has a few of those under her belt. That might be a good place to start looking. If not, see if looking at some of those kinds of songs from there is a decent place to jump off of on YouTube.

I thought maybe it was Wildflower by the JaneDeer Girls, but there's no Christian undertones there as far as I can tell.

What I do know, however, is that the music video description sounds familiar, like I saw it before. How pop-ish was it, because that can narrow down its age. If it has clear pop influences, then it's younger. How young, I'm unsure, but it's not 1990's or early to mid 2000's. Would you describe it as a classic or traditional country?

Its got that more pop country feel like it could play on the radio. I believe I heard it on the radio and looked it up. I remember watching the video on YouTube in 2014-2017 once or twice (It was probably a couple years old then). It was low-medium quality with lyrics on screen (?).Ive gone through Carrie Underwoods works and the few other country singers Ive listened to. Thanks for the help!

I hate it when this happens to me! So I really want to help, here are some things that I've found:

Jesus Doesn't Care by Points of Grace

Inner Demons by Julia Brennan (probably not even close but I thought I should show it anyway)

God Made Girls by RaeLynn (RaeLynn is blonde, she wears a pink flower dress in the music video, and this song was released in 2015)

I hope this helps!

Thanks for the help! Jesus doesnt care isnt the song, neither is god made girls, or inner demons. But its always better to go over all possibilities.
