When I open 4 small enrichments (like, a stack), I only get 3
When I open them separately I get all 4
Is this supposed to happen or is this a glitch?
(also happens: I get 2 when I open 3, and I get 1 when I open 2)

Are you sure that you aren't receiving multiple of one of them?
For example, if you open 4, you'll only get a maximum of 3 cards. But one of them might be a x2 whereas the others are x1. So the total is 4 items, but it displays as [Item 1] x2, [Item 2] x1, [Item 3] x1, etc.
