So how does this work? I hear about perfumes,where do you get them? And how do you catch the themed pets?I mean is there a special net you need and if so,where do you get them?

You can buy a perfume of themed attraction from the diamond shop. No special net needed but the stronger the better chance of catching them before they run away. You can buy nets from shopkeepers in the game
The perfume just makes it more likely to encounter a themed pet in the wild.
