So I'm trying to level up a sylestie to take down a baddie and my sylestie earned a new move.
as soon as i try to use the new move the screen freezes and i can't do anything and the battle moves don't get played. I refresh the page and the background changes like the pets and bad guys are up in the air. I still can't do the move without it freezing but if i do a different move its goes back to normal.
this mean I can't use that move ever?

It looks like you are trying to use Ice Barrier.
Ice Barrier is an ability that you select one of your own party pets to use it.
So you select it and then click on one of your own party pets. =)
