Some forum sites will reward you for making a post or reaching a certain amount of posts. Is there anything like that in Sylestia?

Not normally, no. But during the seasonal festivals, sometimes there are forum rewards and bonuses for posting or helping, etc.

Each seasonal festival has different games and activities, so again, there's not usually any rewards on the forums.
