they were obtained via opening pre-release mysterious egglings, which could very rarely be obtained in various ways, or bought with diamonds, in certain events/fests over the last few years.
So unless you buy a pet of the theme itself from someone, or somehow find someone who hasn't opened their mysterious eggling but would be willing to part with it, you'll have to settle with offspring of the theme rather than Tagged.
