not sure i could afford a new pet i still need a 3rd pet slot and i seem to be having a battle hardship at winning in the fungus grove on a 4 star boss battle would be nice if there was a way to get some help please also since i am new what is a quitari?

Welcome!
To breed, you go the Breeding grounds (located underneath the Explore tab) and select a male and female pet of the same breed. You can then preview possible offspring of the pair you chose before breeding. Their egg will be added to your hatchery.
As for broker, that is where you put up items of your own to sell to other players or purchase items from other players. To put up an object, you simply double click it and then press trade. You select the price you would like to sell it for and then submit it. Your items dont always sell, automatically after 7 days they will be taken off the broken and returned to your inventory. You can see your items for sale through the Your Listings tab in the broker. To buy items, you just scroll through, find an item to want, and if you have enough gold, you can purchase it.
*not all items can be placed on broker, namely potions elixirs and such.

I would give you one for free. SOFAP stands for Sylestia Orphanage for Abandoned Pets, we take pets that other players don't want and give them to players that want them for free.
Qitari look like the image below. You can find out more about all the species by clicking on explore, then generator and then view list of species. All 22 species are listed their with descriptions, and if you want to learn even more about them just click on the description and it will take you to a more in depth description.
